Terrible experience. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful of my time and concerns. Staff failed to follow through on key communications with my insurance company and with me, over and over again — then tried to pretend otherwise. These words come to mind: incompetent, uncooperative, unprofessional, less than honest. Further, their negligence in adhering to COVID 19 mandates re: wearing masks in New Mexico put my health and that of every patient at risk. In a MEDICAL office!! Shameful and abusive. GO ELSEWHERE!.

Dr. Rhoads is a great dentist, I've had my wisdom teeth taken out by him one by one on different appointments. He is knowledgeable, quick, concise, and gets to the point. He has answered all the questions and concerns that I've had. Appointments are flexible and the staff is very friendly..
