Dr. Scheff is an excellent dentist. She is very practical and understands my dental needs. Dr Scheff listens carefully and "hears" my concerns. I've never known Dr. Scheff to provide any type of dental service that was not absolutely necessary. She DOES NOT try to "up sell" her patients to buy procedures that are strictly cosmetic or are not truly needed. Dr. Scheff is very ethical......

The receptionist Heather was extremely rude when I set the appointment. I almost hung up but I thought I'd give them a try anyways. She was rude when I went in, very snappy, and was insulted when I asked if she knew who I was supposed to speak with about the insurance. Apparently that was her job too. Everyone else was great and very professional. After the consultation, I went back to the front desk to see if I needed to schedule another appointment. She was very rude again and said she would call me as soon as she received the results. I never heard from her again. .
I have a lot of dental anxiety. My visits to Delavan Family Dentistry were so easy! The staff and doctors are so nice and put me at ease! I would recommend them to everyone!.
