Chadwick Michael Lindt, DDM

I LOVE Dr. Lindt and his staff! They make you feel soo welcome, and are kind, compassionate, and truly do care! I was there for a lot of major dental work, and I'm sooo happy it was with them! I was going just about every other week for some time, and I have to say I miss them, and am looking forward to my follow-up visit in a few months! Truly a GREAT group who make you feel like you are part of the family, and really DO care about every little thing, whether you consider it small or big! Couldnt give enough kudos to this group, but I always tell everyone where I got my smile back!!!.

Christian Family Dentistry

This dentistry office is always courteous and cheerful. The doctors and dental hygienist have have regularly handled my dental needs in a caring way. They explain procedures and answer questions openly. Probably no one likes to go to the dentist, but this group provides an atmosphere of calm and comfort for me. I highly recommend Alpine Family Dentistry..

My visit to this dentist was defiantly not a good one. The dental assistant that was doing my 6 year old daughters xrays was using adult sized bitewings, my daughter howled out in pain when they were inserted. After the first two I said "they are too big and are cutting her mouth" I quickly received a very rude "no they're not". That put me into momma bear mode. I asked her to bend the bitewings as to not hurt my daughter, she finally complied with a "rolling of her eyes". When the next assistant came in I asked if the one doing my daughters xrays was ok because she was very rude, she apologized and continued with the exam. Ends up my daughter has 2 cavities so we would need to get them filled. As I stood there deciding whether or not to schedule that appointment with them I decided to wait & talk to my own mother about our experience. We decided that maybe since my daughter is my only child that my overprotective momma bear mode just kicked into high gear at the sound of my daughters discomfort. So we scheduled the appointment that I now fully regret. It ended up that I would be out of town the day of my daughters next appointment so my mother took her in my place. Upon arriving they were met with an awkward smell that the employees said was because of "construction and remodeling" but my mother could only describe as a "moldy" smell. Once in the examination room the lead dentist/OWNER of the business came in, took a quick look into my daughters mouth and said "oh, there's another cavity that I guess I missed so we'll have to do that one too". Then proceeded to tell my daughter "you will only feel a pinch like this" and pinched her arm hard enough to leave a red mark. My daughter yelped out in pain which flipped my mother's "grand-momma bear" switch. The dentist/OWNER then told my mother to hold my daughters arms down so she could give her the shot, my 6 year old of course winced in pain to which the dentist/owner says "you need to stay still and listen to me, if you don't I will send your Nana away and you will be here alone, if you listen she can stay". To which my mother replied "no I won't be leaving, I think it is hard for her to understand your accent so just tell me what you need her to do and I will talk to her"..the dentist/OWNER says to my mother "no, I will not be talking to you because I do not have to talk to you". Well...those were the wrong words to say to my mother, especially since my own 6 year old says "Do NOT talk to my Nana like that"! Pretty sad when a 6 year old feels as if a so called professional has crossed the line enough to say something. My mother replied quickly "are you really starting and argument with me in front of a scared child? Aren't you supposed to be a children's dentist and know how to act"? The owner of this so called and ADVERTISED children's dentist office said "no, I am not a children's dentist"? My mother begins putting on my daughters shoes and assuring her that everything will be alright and that they were leaving. The OWNER ignored my mother and attempted to continue the appointment. My mother said "do not touch her again, we are leaving" to which the OWNER gets up, calls in an assistant and tells them that it would be best if my mother and daughter left. Really? That's what they were already doing because of this woman. They were followed out with glares and rude remarks to the point where again my 6 year old opened her mouth to say "Nana, I think you need to call the police." The police. My child was in such fear of these people and that place that she wanted the police. It hurts my heart and fills me with regret that I did not listen to my instincts and thought I was just being overprotective. No child, mother or grandmother should ever have that type of experience. The only thing that I do not regret is that they can & will be reported and hopefully lose their license because #1 the way they treat their patients, #2 the way they treat the parents/guardians #3 misrepresentation of dental services and practices (children's dentistry). Decatur Sunshine Dental

Ok at first but after a couple months I realized that the people that work there especially the dental assistant was the worst and when I tried to talk to the head dentist about the problems and services I got railroaded. So I changed to wise dental and services and customer care are so much better. 1 less problem I have to deal with. Don't go to sunshine dental..
