Front desk staff (Lindsey) is rude and condescending. Her manner of "customer service" was enough for me to never return after my first visit. Dr. Lewis only seemed concerned about getting to the next room. Office space is cramped and you feel like you're sitting in a closet..
I moved to Covington, IN 5 weeks ago and immediately went to All About Eyes in Danville, IL for an eye exam and possibly new lenses. Dr. Nicholas Qualls performed a comprehensive eye exam with the latest "state of the art" equipment. I have never see so many testing machines and I moved from Houston, TX! Dr. Qualls is a soft spoken yet very friendly and professional Optometrist. A great caring listener and conversationalist. An expert in his field. The staff is great too. Don't even think about going anywhere else for your eye healthcare needs. This place has it all and the price is right. There is nothing like leaving a business happier than when you entered. YOU will get that same feeling here!!! I am their patient forever and am so grateful to the Doctor and staff. By the way, Dr. Qualls said I would leave there with 20/20 vision and he was not kidding. I can see again and he kept his promise. Best Eye Doctor ever!!!!!!!!!!.
Traumatized my 6 year old son! I saw Dr Lewis pacing on a phone call prior to him coming into our room. My son had an exposed nerve and the first thing Dr Lewis did was shove a pick right in it. He didn’t talk to him first or anything. Then he was aggravated that my poor little boy was bawling. Like making noises and throwing his hands up in the air. Then as I’m trying to comfort him, his exact words were “ you can stop talking to him it’s not helping.” All 3 of my kids have been patients there and we won’t be going back..
My husband and I had our teeth cleaned and checked on April 5, 2016. We were very pleased on this our first visit with not only Dr. Lewis, but also his entire staff. Excellent with thoroughness and courtesy. We look forward to having Dr. Lewis as our dentist for many years in the future..
This dentist does not follow up with patients and also tells you that you need more work done than you really do. His work is very poor and you never know if your crowns, fillings, or any other work he has completed will stay in place for more than a month and then he won't guarantee his work. He was on probation by the state of Illinois and should be more often because he takes advantage of people. Be careful trusting him or his staff..
Dr Conn is excellent. He puts himself in the patients shoes at all times. He has always helped me with any issues I have had and I have over 15 tooth implants. I wouldn’t be chewing food if it wasn’t for this dentist..
