I requested an opportunity to see a dentist for a biting issue in a molar. I told the receptionist that it was not uncomfortable unless I bit directly on the area. The receptionist told me that the first availability was in November, and, paraphrasing..."Go find another dentist!" No options were offered other than above. Surely not professional!.
I chose to go to this office because I was new to the area and Dr. Whitney takes my insurance My insurance and really liking my hygienist are the only reason I continue at this office The waiting area is very small, stuffy and dated. As a matter of fact, most of the office, except for where the Doctor works, is dated and not kept up well. The staff are very cheerful, friendly and knowledgable, but Dr. Whitney is hard to understand most of the time..

The hygienist was friendly, office clean and welcoming, and Dr. Whitney answered all my questions; I highly recommend this practice. Bonus: The location is convenient (easy off street parking in the back)..
