I love Mint!! I don’t even know where to begin! The staff is incredible, every employee I met was courteous and attentive. Elizabeth and Mackenzie made the entire experience so easy! I’ve always hated going to the dentist but I can’t wait to back to Mint!.

I was extremely nervous to see the dentist after avoiding the dentist for almost 6 years.  The lady that did my x-rays was extremely nice and made my experience wonderful!  I've had a bad an experience at a dentist office before, so being treated so kindly, was definitely a wonderful change.  When Dr. Hassan came to see me we talked greatly in detail about my x-rays and what I needed to get done.  I had a deep cleaning and also needed a filling on a tooth.  Given the amount of time, I was expecting A LOT more work that needed to be done.  Presently, surprised I was able to get my deep cleaning scheduled for that same week and my filling is scheduled for the following week.  Can't wait to finally get my teeth fixed and then also be on a regimen plan, to keep my teeth clean and healthy for the future.  Thanks Monarch!!.

I think they are great. I mean honestly people such negativity. This is not Beverly Hills and you are not Madonna. Anyway. The staff is super courteous and very understanding of how big of a chicken I am. The tooth cleaning I received was nothing short of a miracle! I left smiling and hadn't done that in a while as I had some yucky stains. The stains are gone now. The dentist has a very soft touch and this chicken highly recommends them..

My experience today at this office was very frustrating. I would not recommend going to seek service here to any one. I was scheduled for an appointment for a new patient package that included an exam and a cleaning only to be told almost two hours into waiting that my cleaning would have to be rescheduled to a later time today or a later date. I found this to be very unprofessional with no consideration for the me as a patient or  my time. I am well traveled because of my line of work and have had to seek services at other dental offices,(with no affiliation with monarch dental)  in the past;i say this to say i have never had this type of unprofessional experience where a patient is scheduled for service only to be told impromptu after wasting several hours of their day waiting for the service that it will have to be rescheduled to a later time or date. Their exact words were,"we will see if we can squeeze you in today". The receptionist was quick to come to the area where i was waiting for my dental cleaning with paper work listing off what the pricing would be for the services the dentist determined i would need based on the oral exam and xray that was performed, but could not provide an answer as to when i would be getting the dental cleaning for which i was given an appointment for today would occur. Every dental office i have ever visited has always provided a dental cleaning on the same date as my scheduled oral exam with in the time frame of the scheduled appointment time i was given. It is very unprofessional to surprise a patient midway into their visit with, rescheduling the service for which they came in for to a later date or time. The receptionist's response to my concern is that this was their process for new patients and gave me a phone number for customer service. I did not get the cleaning i took time out of my busy schedule to come in for today because of this. I do not understand their rationale for not informing me as a patient prior to my appointment that the service i would  be scheduled for would not be guaranteed to take place on the date of my appointment;this information would have given me the option to choose a different dentist for my service. In hind sight, the service area i was placed in while waiting for this cleaning was unkempt and made me question the hygiene practices of this place so perhaps it was a good thing that they did not perform my cleaning today..
