This dentist was seriously beyond rude. I’m a chronic illness patient & have worked with many doctors, I have never been treated so badly or talked to so rudely. When I’m supposed to be trusting my life & teeth in the hands of this man and I don’t even feel the slightest bit respected, what am I supposed to do? I would not trust him with anyones life. I waited months to get into an appointment and left in tears after he scolded me for missing a couple appointments at a different clinic because I became homeless & had no transportation to get to them or way to contact them. He wouldn’t even allow me to explain he just said my teeth are “rotting” because of my “refusal” to do restorative work when in reality before moving to this city I had consistent annual cleanings & care my entire life. Please, please go elsewhere..
Dr. Ben and his staff are super great to deal with! Everyone cares about the dental health of their patients. It’s never been fun to go to a dentist, until now! Everyone there is easy to talk to and laugh with! I HIGHLY recommend Dallas Family Dental!! Kevin.
