Horrible!!!! Over two months ago I paid to have the Dr re do the implant as the first one I never liked ( same Dr) well 7 visits later the implant are still too small and my sister weeding is this weekend and the Dental office is telling me they don’t have availability until end of month so I will no have my implant by the wedding day even though I make sure I started the process months in advance and paid in advanced. So they messed up many times and now have the implant back but have no availability? A complete lack of professionalism..
Dr. Snyder solved many problems for me over the past year. Shortly after I moved to Florida, I developed a serious bacterial infection in a couple of teeth. I subsequently needed several teeth pulled and new partials made. He worked with my financial situation so I could afford to do it over time. Both he and his staff are extremely professional and I continue to use him as my primary dentist..
Went for initial exam and he refuses to give me care unless I first spend $338 for a debridement which no other dentist has ever mentioned and I do not feel I need. Feel this is very unprofessional of him and will never go back..
Second time I found the dental hygienist cleaning my teeth rushed and didn't feel at welcome or valued. Water splashed all over my face many times and had to stop her several times to clean myself up generally rather careless service. I am a fairly long time customer and spoke to Dr Patel this about the last time. Don't know what happened as this office didn't used to be this way. Doubt I go back after this. Dr Patel herself is nice and good doctor..
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE I truly do not know what I would have done without the staff! I was extremely nervous and frankly really scared. The assistant talked to me just about regular things, probably to distract me and it worked! She really got me through the visit, I had my wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. Gary was really great as well! Thanks to the both of them!.
THUMBS UP FROM AN ANXIOUS PERSON DR. PATEL WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME. I GET VERY ANXIOUS AT THE DENTISTS OFFICE. SHE HAD NO PROBLEM SITTING WITH ME WHILE I WAS TRYING TO CONVINCE MYSELF TO RELAX. I FELT VERY CATERED TO AT SMILE DESIGN. THE OFFICE WAS WONDERFUL ABOUT GETTING ALL OF THE WORK I NEEDED DONE IN ONE VISIT BECAUSE IT IS HARD WITH MY WORK SCHEDULE TO GO IN A LOT. ALSO, ONE OF THE GIRLS OFFERED ME SOMETHING TO EAT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY VISIT. I FELT THAT WAS VERY KIND AND THOUGHTFUL. WILL RECOMMEND TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. - virginia.
