I was impressed upon arriving for my first visit. His receptionist and front office staff were very friendly and helpful in getting you ready for your appointment. Waiting time for Dr Chvatal was minimal and his demeanor and approach to my treatment was professional and conservative...I'm not real crazy about aggressive treatments unless absolutely necessary. My bite and alignment were corrected in minimal time and I've been smiling ever since. I have recommended Dr Chvatal to all my friends.

The staff at Dr. Chvatal's Office is awesome! They are very organized and have such a fun office to visit! The assistants are so kind and gentle with the kids. Dr. Chvatal is fun and outgoing with all of his patients and is very generous in the community! We really appreciate everything they have done for our kiddos!.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Dr. Bitner is an easy going guy. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff and I was referred by a woman who used to work there. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time..
I have been a patient of Dr. Bitner's for 6 years, he has never left me in pain and is very gentle and checks often to see if I'm doing alright.. I have never left the office wondering what was done, or what plan of treatment we are going to proceed with. The office manager knows insurances, are not always available or do not pay for everything, and can offer payment plan's that are affordable for even small budgets. His staff is is alway kind and helpful and can answer most questions ..
