This is an inexperienced dentist doing oral surgery for implants. He put 4 implants in and 2 of them each were infected twice - yes, that is 4 infections. He placed them in an area without enough bone and the gum grew over the abutments causing bacteria to grow. It cost me double to have his mess removed and it all re-done properly and without an infection! I asked him for 50% of my money back and he refused! Stay away if you are smart..
The Doctor seemed nice. But the staff were horrible. First time staff told me to be their on a day they were closed. I waited in front of their office for 2 hours. In pain. Than I was late to an appointment and they wanted me to pay a 35 dollar late fee!! No one payed for my time that they wasted. I took my daughter in for braces and they wanted double what another dentist quoted me on for the same procedure. they are rude and a rip off. Don't trust them..
I was there for 3hrs.I was waiting so long my numbness went away.The doctor had to give me another shot before he did my filling.I didn't even get my regular cleaning.I was so ready to get out of there I didn't think about it until I got home and my wife asked me.She called to ask about it and the response was " well he's not done with his procedure ".My wife told her when she went for multiple procedures she still got a cleaning the first visit. hmmm I think I will be finding a new office..
Cajalco Dental was amazing. Rarely will you hear that word to describe a Dentist. Dr. Bhakta was hands down the best Dentist to provide service to me in over 20 years. Last year I went to another local Dentist and was shocked to see a bill for a Root canal that was never done and a bill for the Deep cleaning that rivals my mortgage...After a long battle, I am finally done with SCDG and have found an Honest and professional Dentist in Dr. Bhakta. Their service costs are FAR lower than expected and they accepted my less than stellar insurance. I even opened their Care Credit payment plan to pay the remainder over time. If you are tired of being taken advantage of and prefer to NOT have to take out a 2cnd mortgage on your home to pay for your dental work, I highly recommend her. By the way..She is a family practice and is the only Dentist so you wont get the revolving doctor treatment each visit..
Best Office ever!!!!!! If you are looking for a great dentist come here!! Super nice office too with all the perks. You even get your own flat screen TV to watch any show you want while having your treatment done. They use all the cool digital gadgets too. Oh and did I mention the cosmetic work is outstanding!! Really impressed every time I come here..
