I do not recommend this dental center and its doctor Daisy Le Bona. The attention received for my son was very bad, first he told us that the milk tooth should be repaired with a crown and not with a traditional filling because the final tooth will not grow, so to keep the tooth for longer, they had to do that procedure, where they also did a pulpotomy to remove the nerve and not feel pain. They charged me a lot of money for this. At no time did he clarify that he could have problems and side effects, nor did he give us the option of removing the tooth. After 6 days we returned since my son felt discomfort they made him go to the office and despite being a minor he is 13 years old they did not let me in with him and after a few hours they told me that they had changed the crown for a smaller one. My son was still in pain but since Dr. Le Bona went on vacation, I only saw him again on 01/04/23, again alluding to a company policy, they did not let me in or talk to the doctor and then I was They reported that I had an infection and had to take 10 days of antibiotics. I asked to speak to the doctor and the assistant refused, saying that she had withdrawn. After 10 days of antibiotics, my son is still in pain, so on 01/18/23 we return to the office and the doctor tells us that the procedure she performed went wrong and she must extract the tooth, of course we refuse because it is clear negligence and lack of knowledge on the part of the doctor, so I did not accept it since we considered it a scam, because she knew that she had to remove the tooth, so why did she subject the child to that treatment, causing him pain in addition to intestinal problems with antibiotics. It is a job that she knew would not be fulfilling and she only did it to earn more money. my son still has pain and bad smell in his tooth so surely there is something wrong under the crown. I will have to pay for the consultation and treatment with another doctor..
I've had a horrible experience I would never in my whole entire life ever go to this dentist again or recommend it to anybody it was horrible she left me terrified.
Amazing! I needed to see the dentist immediately and I was able to get an appointment the same week I called. My waiting time was 20 minutes. Dr. Del Valle performed oral surgery the same day. The staff was very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend Dr. Del Valle to everyone..
Very nice service. Everyone very pleasant, knowledgeable and always concern how are you feeling, trying to prevent any pain. That's one and the most important thing when you are nervous and afraid. They deserve A 100%plus..
