I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Karim was great! I would definitely recommend her..
Dr Karim was so caring. She made sure I understood my dental care, and why I needed my tooth taken out. She explained to me step by step how my treatment would be handled, and what the best way to do it was. She’s always been very understanding of my fear of dental work. She never treated me like I was just a number or an annoying patient. She really does care about the people in her chair. You can see it in her eyes when she speaks that she is passionate about the persons treatment. She’s become a family dentist for us! And we plan to keep it that way..
Lack of confidence in the work performed. Appointment scheduling delays, waited 3 weeks for an appointment. Hours are not conducive to those with jobs 7:00 - 3:30 pm M-Thur. Friday appointments reserved for special clients. Guess I don't qualify as a special client. Receptionist provided incorrect info which resulted in a missed appointment. Unwilling to make accommodations based on receptionist error. Didn't feel valued as a customer, very displeased with recent customer experience..
