Literally the best dentist ever. I had a dental emergency and called Congers Dental hoping they could squeeze me in and they did. From the initial phone call I knew that I be in good hands. The receptionist was concerned with my health and getting me some relief from the pain I was experiencing. I came in and had a very short wait. Dr. Basta was patient and kind. He explained to me what was going on and treated me. He is thorough and knowledgeable. I was surprised by how gentle he was and how I left his office pain free! I can’t think him and his staff enough. He is now my family dentist and I have been referring him to friends and extended family. I was conducting research for a new dentist and based on reviews contacted Dr. A. Patel office. I spoke at length to Sanjay given my transition from one insurance to another and he seemed very efficient and promised to call back after being supplied all of my insurance details. That was more that 2 weeks ago. Now I have repeatedly called the office, spoke to the receptionist I think and left voicemail at the emergency number given no response. Thought it important to bring to the attn Dr, Patel.
