I am sending this to Dr Baloy since it says he owns Arch City Dental. I went to Arch City on 6-21-23 for an annual dental checkup. I was told I had to have a deep clean. Even with insurance, I paid 494.60. I thought I was paid in full and then I get another bill for 49.40. Apparently insurance denied the 49.40. I called and talked to both Donna and Megan. I felt I paid enough and neither Donna or Megan would work with me on this. I called Delta Dental and Robert said they need to resubmit the claim. Megan refused. I was told to either pay or they are sending to a collection agency. I have never been in this situation where my credit will be ruined over 50.00. We are senior citizens and 500.00 for a cleaning seems outrageous. I will never go to Arch City Dental again, and I am sorry I chose them in the 1st place considering the current situation. Beware of what you are getting into with Arch City Dental..
Hi Im william anderson, I have been here on 3 occasions, each time is outstanding, comfort dental is 100% professional, good treatment, the numbing gel is SO relaxing, super nice staff and this place is affordable.FELT NO PAIN. :).
Dr. Backiewicz is a top notch dentist. He and his staff are professional, skilled, friendly and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Backiewicz..
Would not recommend Dr. Theis if you need a dental professional who cares about the wholeness of your oral care: 1 - Put a crown on a 6-yr. molar SO TIGHT that I was almost unable to floss between it & tooth behind. The pressure from the repeated flossings eventually popped the crown off after only 2 years, costing me $120. for re-cementing. 2 - Here's the BIG ONE: I was routed to another doctor within the organization to do an implant in 2nd molar space. Job was botched; implant sits at an unusable 45° in my jaw; must be removed & redone in space in front of it --- AT MY COST. Whole company looked like football players when caught on penalty: "Who, US??" When I asked Dr. Theis why HE didn't do the implant in the first place, he replied: (Quote) "Because they don't pay me enough to do that procedure." Nice .....
Fillings that were used were of lower quality. This promoted decay. I have gone to another dentist and have had to have three teeth extracted, three root canals, one bridge installed, and another one scheduled. Please look elsewhere for your dental needs..
Went in to have all four of my wisdom teeth out , i remember meeting the dr and waking up at home and when the numbing wore off i was just tender! I was so nervous to have such pain after but really this was a quick and pretty painless experience!.
