Dr. Jenson is extremely caring about her patients and her skills. She is competent and very knowledgeable, having the ability to creatively solve problems for her clients. We would not go to any other dentist. She is the best in town!.
Dr. Tafolla is excellent. A long time fear of the dentist has been changed by the patient gentle work of Dr. T. Root canals, fillings, crowns in the last couple years he has done those for me and I feel much different about my teeth and visiting the dentist..
I LOVE Tafolla and Rikli Family Dentistry! The Dr.'s and staff are amazing! I had had a lot of dental work done by Dr. Rikli. He is compassionate and caring. I have a new smile thanks to him! I could not be happier! I have a hard time trusting dentists, but I can promise that you can trust these two! They have integrity and they are excellent at what they do. Overall we were very pleased with the dentist and service .. Not the Billing Bait & switch.. did not explain in advance what my insurance covered, they only cleaned the left half of my teeth then asked me to come back in a week to clean the other half then asked for more money before they would do the other half. For my son's fillings they charged us full retail because they used a different color filling that was not covered by my insurance Delta Dental, I Tried to explain to them that they should get prior authorization from the patients guardian before performing procedures that are not covered by any insurance. To me that is unprofessional and greedy. Their response was unacceptable "thats what all of our patients do" in reference to the color of fillings for my son ... What? Really? So you rip off all your parents/guardians. Their estimate was $200 cheaper than the actual billing... very unethical. Consumer Beware! .. The Dr. and dental staff were outstanding, They had such great reviews, This was partly my fault because I trusted them. My suggestion, do not trust what the billing department says, ask more questions, get everything in writing, I would not recommend using them and i will not be back. A $800 lesson learned.
