If I could give zero stars, I would. Office staff is incompetent. They rescheduled my appointment 2 times due to staffing issues. On the third try, I arrive to my appointment to be told they don’t have me scheduled. What a waste of time. I will not be returning to this office..
Last week I went to visit my friends in Boca Raton. All of a sudden I got a tooth ache. I needed a filling. I went to Hidden Gem Dental and was pleasantly surprised. Doctors were very nice and extremely professional! Service was amazing. Very happy I found this place!!!.
We are new patients to Hidden Gem and could not be more pleased. My teenage kids hated their previous dentist but I continued to take them there. I decided to listen to them and I found Hidden Gem. The office is extremely clean, the office staff are nice, polite and know there job. Dr. Hogan was nice to all three of my kids. She took the time to listen to them unlike there previous dentist. They were actually treated with respect and she listened to them and explained all treatment. I am happy to say my entire family will soon be patients of Hidden Gem..
