This is an amazing practice. You are always welcomed with friendly faces and smiles. The assistants always make you feel extremely comfortable, this is very important since my husband has "the white coat" syndrome. The doctors are all wonderful and will answer every question you could ever have about your dental health. My family has found our dental home..
I had an injury at work resulting in my front teeth getting chipped as well as knocking my bottom teeth loose. After googling I found this office and I'm so thankful I did! FOR ME, everything about my experience here was perfect! Not a single issue or complaint. A few of the positives; great communication over the phone, great customer service, beautiful building and interior. The staff was extremely compassionate and calming to me on my first visit just hours after having my head stapled back together and teeth damaged. I was worried about my teeth and all the years Id spent in braces. They listened and addressed all concerned before the dentist saw me. I can't remember the name of the dentist unfortunately, but she was a young very pretty black lady and very skilled at her profession. I highly recommend her and her team of dental assistants! She and her team fixed my chipped teeth and matched the color PERFECTLY. I am very keened to attention to detail so having my smile fixed right, just as it was before being damaged was my top concern and they did it today! I was worried my teeth wouldn't look the same, but they do! Although I haven't been seen from any other dentist in this area I can say that after going here, I won't ever go anywhere else. The rooms give a very classic Texas/western feel which was nice. Everything appeared to be updated and well kept. Again, I can't say enough good things about my experience. Everyone from the front desk girls to the assistants to the doctor were all very professional and made my experience (and my teeth) perfect. Although my bill was covered under workers comp I would have gladly paid whatever it cost to have my teeth back to the way they were before my accident. I don't know what the total bill was but being 28 years old and having all my life ahead of me; a price cannot be put on having a great smile especially since I work with the public everyday.
