I've been a patient for years.
This supposed "dentist" is the most insulting & hateful creature I've ever come across. If you do not possess adaquite amounts of money, she will hate you on the spot..
I have recently had a nightmare getting services paid through my secondary insurance because of inaccurate billing amounts submitted to my insurance carrier creating a hugh balance due of $621.00 which was never substantiated by my secondary insurance carrier. I have to now pay this out of pocket after all the difficulty I have hadand not being able to reach the insurance biler. Im frustrated beyond believe because Dentalworks only gave me a billing ledger with estimated charges and a balance due. They do not align with the actual balance due leaving it to the patient to figure out. Other than that the services are very good!.
