I would recommend Dr. Raineri to anyone looking for a dentist. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist, Dr. Raineri and her hygentist were so gentle and understanding to my fear. I had a pain free experience!.

Wait 3 months for a cleaning appointment, confirm your appt,walk in and be told they can't so you because they only have 1 person that does cleanings! And then be told it is some how your fault!! Welcome to the new definition of "Patient care".
My experience was everyone was friendly, explained what to expect, the dentist explained a couple of options and what her recommendation was. Very willing in helping us out. I would recommend this Cicero office to everyone. Great experience ????.
Called on a sun for emergency ,They had me come in 1st thing on Monday morning to try to fix the problem. They fixed it as best they could. Now it’s up to me to follow instructions and help it heal. Everyone was very nice and very understanding. I was fit into several departments that I didn’t have an appointment for. They all fit me in. Considering the emergency visit I was in and out in 2 hours. I am very happy with the service, the dentist, and all the staff that I had to deal with. Considering I am a Verbbig Coward when a dentist is envolved they are doing good to get 4 Stars from me..
