This dentist has a very pleasant personality, but failed to accurately diagnose and treat multiple cavities, even after I made numerous return visits to point out the specific areas of concern. Provider did several fillings but failed to completely clean the cavities (decay). Less than 2 months after the fillings were done, x-rays were taken at a different dental office and extensive decay was visible under new fillings..
