I have had Dr Han for many years. Meticulous in his skills and gives individualized attention and thoroughly discusses the treatment options. Impressed with his cosmetic dentistry. I was planning on costly veneers until he explained the options and the reasons for his recommendations. Couldn't be happier with the result! Highly recommended. .
There are two words that describe Dr. Han - precision and dedication. I've had TMJ for the last 13 years and was told to "deal with it" for the rest of my life. Dr. Han implemented a rather unique solution to help stabilize my jaw and hence, reduce the amount of stress my body goes through on a daily basis. I was surprised on how much effort he went to ensure that the Bite Stabilizer appliance was fitted "perfectly" - and I'm not using that term loosely. His meticulous level of detail almost makes the entire process an artisan craft. He genuinely enjoys his work and is unsatisfied with anything but complete acceptance by the patient. Perhaps even a greater merit to his practice is his holistic approach to dentistry. He's the only one I've ever met that took my entire health into consideration. It doesn't stop at just the tooth - he's concerned on how his application and treatment will affect my body and lifestyle moving forward. Lastly, this man does his homework - he's still a student and a teacher, which in my opinion is extremely important for any person practicing a profession. Ask a lot of questions and you'll end up leaving as a VIP (very informed patient) - sorry I couldn't help myself :) During the first week I've worn the appliance, I'd noticed that I'm falling asleep a lot quicker and sleep deeper than I had ever before. Another plus is that the appliance is NOT on the floor when I wake up (a previous problem of spitting out other night-guards in the past). It's been couple months now and I have to say that this was one of my best decisions I've made so far in terms of my well-being..
There are not enough words to express my gratitude and satisfaction for VIP Dentistry. I received amazing service from the beginning to the end of my services. The entire staff made me feel welcomed and cared for immensely. They were personable and expressed genuine concern for my problems. I originally called to make an appointment for my throbbing TMJ discomfort. I was extremely uncomfortable, and they were happy to take me in that day. I did not wait at all, and was seen right away. Not only that, but the staff really took the time to get to know me and make me feel right at home. I am not exaggerating when I say that I was smiling the entire visit. Normally, dentists and dental offices give me extreme anxiety. However, this office was different from all previous experiences. I felt at home, and extremely comfortable (which I have never felt at any office before!) When Dr. Han came in for my visit, he was extremely personable and kind. I felt like he spent the time to educate me about my condition, provided me all the options, but made me feel listened to and cared for. He was an extraordinary dentist, but he also expressed immense passion for his patients and the improvement of the dental industry in general. It was obvious that he wanted to offer only excellent care, and I certainly did not receive anything less than that. What touched me most of all was my experience with the office manager. I told her in a prior conversation that I had only been in the area for 1 month for school, and all my family and friends were in San Francisco. While I was waiting for the doctor, she surprisingly came in and simply talked to me and got to know me. She actually brought tears to my eyes due to her genuine empathy and concern. She knew how hard it would be for me to go through these big changes without my support system, so she just wanted to be there for me during the visit. I never experienced that in a dental office, or in life. In this office, I felt cared for not only as a patient, but as a human being. That experience, to me, is priceless in itself. .

Staff/nurse's tell my wife and I they will return our phone call but never do. we ask them about information on our sons blood test and they forget to check. Horrible experience with them. Changing family phisician once again. Thanks hennepin county you suck it.
