How I wish i read these reviews before i went. I totally agree. they are unprofessional and scary. I now have a hole in my tooth, (filling fell out) and now they cannot make the time to fix it. How can someone wait 2 weeks with a hole in their mouth? I will pay extra to go to someone else to fix it. .
Dr Hao and his staff are incredible!! He is the most caring and kind orthodontist. My kids absolutely love him for his bedside manner. I love his expertise and helping to make us all feel at ease. My daughter had to have oral surgery- he even called the morning of the surgery to touch base with the surgeon and ensure she was well taken care of. Everyone is busy but he takes that extra minute to make sure patients receive the best care. During appointments at his office- the staff are wonderful and we have never waited past our appointment time. We are blessed to have Dr Hao and his wonderful staff!!!!! Dr. Hao and his staff take the time to explain to you everything that is going on with your child's teeth. I was impressed with him on our first consultation with him as he explained everything to my 8 year old son. A lot of children don't understand braces or actually know what they do, but the way that Dr. Hao explained it to my son, he now knows what to expect. His staff members (office and hygienists, are top notch and always have a smile on their face. Its worth the 25 minute drive from my house when I have so many other options within 5 minutes of my house. Thanks Again team !
