Dr. Goss only gave my five year old child the option of general anesthesia to fill cavities in his baby teeth. My child has a heart murmur and she did not take that into account when making her final decision. She would not work with us. She did not refer us to any other pediatric dentist. She just told me to get a second opinion. Belmont Pediatric Dentistry has poor communication and does not value their patients. I will not return and I would advise you to work with another pediatric dentist. One that values your child's health and safety and your opinion as the child's mother. .
Beware!! Totally not trustworthy. An irreversible and invasive procedure was done without me being properly informed and no written consent obtained. When confronted, Dr Qing Ming Chen was very arrogant about it and did not admit any wrong doings. There was another incident when she worked on more teeth than necessary without an assistant during the height of Covid pandemic. I suffered major damages from both. I have filed complaints with the NC State Board of Dental Examiners and they are under investigation..
I have been a patient since 1989 and have never once had the feeling that this was an assembly line and I was just a number. The compassion and caring for each and everyone who walks thru their door is incredible. The entire staff is cohesive and makes going to the dentist something to look forward to. The dental work I have had is superior to what my friends say they receive. If you have not had the pleasure of going to Markham and Hair why not give them a try. I promise they will not let you down. They make you want to care for your teeth and overall general health. They are young cutting edge doctors who have the rare ability to give more to others than themselves..
Been going to this practice for over 20 years. Consistently great service from all, especially Sue & Rita at the front, Nan and Dr. Markham! Always punctual!! Dr. Markham even went so far as to replace a 2 year old filling at no charge, not because there was anything wrong with it but my teeth had moved and it needed to be built out. You will not be disappointed. Thanks guys..
