After my husband encountered a very positive and professional experience at Grand Dental, I was hoping for a similar experience. We left a dental office 5 minutes from home in Morris, to come to Grand Dental, so we had high expectations, based on initial phone conversations and subsequent timely appointments. We were not disappointed. Both my husband and I were treated with friendly, professional, and compassionate care. From initial contact with Kellie, to the hands on care with Brook, Patricia, and Adi, I felt comfortable and pain free, thanks to their expertise and concern for my well being. Eight visits to replace one crown. It took three impressions to get it right. Two different temporary crowns one fell off. On three different visits the crown was dropped down my throat and I luckily coughed it up. There was no apology or explanation offered. I found the overall work and shots given by the dentist to be rough and painful. I asked for another dentist and was told he started the work and would finish it. Worst dental experience I’ve had in over 60 years..
