I never got to see the Dr, but when I called to schedule an appointment for a physical the woman who answered the phone was really rude and difficult with me. I'd asked to schedule and appointment for a physical and said I was a new patient. She asked who my insurance was with, I told her, and then asked if I had the "PPO" or "HMO", I said I think it was the PPO, she said she needed to know because they don't accept HMO. I said ok, and as I'm reaching for my card, she puts me on hold which lasted over 3 minutes. When she came back she said, "hello are you trying to schedule and appointment" I said yes and she put me on hold again. I didn't even have a chance to explain to her I have a POS. She finally comes back and tells me they have an opening for April 2nd at 3:00 and that she suggests I come in between March 23rd and 30th to get blood drawn so they have it. I asked, "when..." and she cut me off to say in a slow you're stupid kind of way, "anytime between March 16th and 30th". I asked, "What time" and she did it again, very slow, "8:30". I asked her why she was being rude to me and she said, "I beg your pardon I feel the opposite", I replied that I was sorry and only trying to schedule a physical and she said "And I'm trying to help you". I told her I was going to find a new Dr. She said, thank you and hung up on me..
