BEST DENTIST & STAFF EVER!!! I had to have to have a tooth replaced and no pain at all. Even now the the Novocain has gone, still no pain. I will never be afraid of going to the dentist again..
I went to Dr Eric yesterday for a difficult cavity in #11 tooth. He figured out a way to repair the tooth instead of sending me to a specialist a hour away. After 90 minutes in the dentist chair, I emerged with my tooth and my bite working again. I have known Dr Eric for almost 20 years, and I always get the feeling of being treated as a special person!.
1. Latayna, office mgr., is courteous, conscientious, and personable. Adds to the positive experience. 2. Dr. Alem, without prompting, readily explained everything. She communicates so well that she didn't have to repeat anything. It was very clear and understandable. Warm personality. Inspires confidence in her expertise and capability. 3.
