The whole staff is wonderful, excellent care!.
First follow-up visit since my initial experience... Another pleasant episode. Despite my many years of self inflicted dental neglect I feel extremely confident that Carver Smiles staff's plan of attack on my teeth is a giant leap in the correct direction. Everything was explained in great detail and things were addressed in a positive note. Once again thank you Carver Smiles!.
Although Dr Bleak's staff is friendly, the quality of care is lacking, not explained or documented well and as a patient I am left in pain with no follow up by the dentist..
they were very rude their, tried to sell me alot of crowns ... went to another dentist who said that cranberry dental is kind of well known for upselling... i've heard that they have been involved in alot of shady business dealings ... most of the people in the town haven't had a good experience here.
Went out of business, taking along all the records, now I cannot get another set of xrays because Delta Dental only pays for them every 5 years. This office should have given people notice so that we could get our records!! This phone # is out of service!!.
I am an ex-patient of Dr Hwang's office. I say Ex because he shut his doors in late 2008, did'nt tell anyone, and took our medical records hostage. Its now 3 months later and he is now offering to surrender the records for $25 a patient.. He claims that this is due to the economic crisis, but doesnt mention that he couldn't keep an employee longer than a few months. He was a nice guy, treated his patients very nicely, but does not know how to run an office..
