Mos irritable place to go for help, you will get lied to. to be honest they tried to murder me there, lying to my face the whole time, i have 1 gland left the other popped due to poisoning from an abscess , call to get another tooth pulled thats causing another abscess i keep getting told i have the soonest app available. when the reality was they dont qualify to even pull it there so they wasted my time when i could of had this tooth out 2 months ago so they can get it when they wanted it..
It was bad enough he tried to deaden a tooth that was infected so thus unable to deaden it, but his exam room was absolutely filthy! There was slime and gunk all over the counters, walls, drawers and equipment. The little light box he uses to show the xray was covered in filth. Then he has a glove on for another patient and is out in the waiting room touching things and helping me with paperwork and then goes back in to the patient to continue working on him. The waiting room was clean enough it didn't send up any warning signs until I actually got into the exam room. Also, if you ever call his office, don't leave a message because it is played back on full volume, even drowning out the TV that is set up at the reception desk, also on full volume. I was able to hear most everything 2 patients said when they left messages and I was back in the exam room! Not to mention the receptionist shouting out my insurance info across the room with other patients sitting there. Beware of this dentist!!!.
