Completely inconsiderate and do not provide equitable care, I missed one appointment due to personal and health reasons and I was immediately banned from visiting again without any real chance to talk with anyone or explain what was going on. Would not recommend visiting if you have ever known any struggle or cannot promise to be a perfect patient. .
Absolutely awful! His parents were fantastic dentists, but he is terrible. When he was doing a filling for me once, he left midway through to talk to his then fiance. He was on the phone for almost half an hour and I'm just sitting there with the metal holders in my mouth. My lip split. He is always late. I have been in the exam room over an hour on most visits. He is not a skilled dentist. He went in too deep with my filling and "corrected" it. It's been almost 2 years now and it still hurts!.
Dr. William Owen he is very rude and disrespectful he does not take pride in his work he is a scam people and their insurance companies to get money for procedures you never had done his office staff is very rude to me he's just a quack he's also a bold-faced liar and they say that the customer is always right in some cases no but while all yes the customer is always right so I hope he looks forward because I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on him he is a clown.
Aspen Dental is a very nice place. The associates are very polite and understanding. They take their time with you and explain everything to you. I would recommend them to family and friends..
I love my orthodontist Dr. Kimberly Smith because of her I have my wonderful smile!????.
So glad I found this dental practice, doctor Salmon and her Staff are a wonderful team, I will definetely refer my friends and family.
