Does western MA nail salons not care about hygiene?! Wtf. They don't use plastic inserts to hold the water to wash your feet in, and they barely rinse LET ALINE DISINFECT the tools used for cleaning your feet and toes(not just in this salon but many others. Pay attention and you'll be disgustingly surprised!). It is soooo gross! Also! Be warned: They have a lot of guys working here. A lot! They do an okayyyy job, if that. You definitely need to watch them and tell them how you want EVERYTHING done. If you get a woman, it's ALMOST a spa-like experience. Although, I haven't seen many women technicians lately(april'15). They also play the dumbest Netflix movies. Back to the low-life dudes that work here: the owner should check her tapes on what the men take out of the drawer. That's all I'll allude to!.
Vander Kam took my kids' x-rays without my permission. I've been to other dentists who are more honest and friendly. She is so-so dentist..
Dr. Gorgani is amazing with little ones. My 3 year old laughed and isn't afraid of going back. He even brushes his teeth better because he doesn't want to get them "painted" again with fluoride..
The staff is all very friendly and willing to work with you. Debbie works hard to schedule everyone at their best times. Dr. Parker is very patient and thorough and took an extra appointment to be sure that my crown fit well and the color matched correctly..

One of the best dentists I have ever been to! I have been going to them for over 8 years now and travel 45 minutes to get to his office. I have always been freaked about dentists and they are the best. No stress and always pain free. The staff is really great and friendly. I recommend Dr Parker For all your dental needs..
