They only accept a few dental insurance plans. I have 2 dental insurance plans. Blue cross federal and we pay extra every month for the nice cigna federal full plan and they don't even accept either! Crazy that this place stays in business!.
From the moment you walk into Herman Dental you feel relaxed simply because of the welcoming smiles and friendly atmosphere. Everyone who works there calls you by name and genuinely cares about you. The staff is well trained and efficient. Dr. Herman has the gentlest hands of any dentist I have ever been to. What I like best about her is that she always explains the procedures, or if there is something further that needs to be done she tells you the various options available to you with no pressure to do this or that. Ask her opinion and of course she will give it to you, but there is no pressure, it's your decision to make. When I leave I always feel like I've received the best care possible. Dr. Herman and the staff are good listeners. They work and treat me with honesty and integrity. The dental assistant has a attitude and style I like. I can easily recommend them for dental work..
