Do not I repeat do not trust him!I am a new resident of Beavercreek and not only did the filling he did for me in March,fall out,no matter how often I called to express my discomfort,the calls went to deaf ears!!!!I am now on a very stiff antibiotic regimen along with steroids before I can have any further dental work done!!!!!Shame on you Dr.Tarlano!!!!!.

They performed an unnecessary procedure on my husband and, as a result, he now needs a root canal. I have several other friends who have since shared similar stories with me about this place. Lots of unnecessary work and thousands of dollars spent to repair the damage done by these dentists. We will not be returning and I highly recommend getting a second opinion before letting these dentists work on your teeth..
Great Staff & Great Service. All my friends and co workers have expressed how much they love how the staff at MSD make sure what can be covered by insurance is covered so you know what your out of pocket is in advance not to mention everyone is all smiles. It is a great family environment. I find myself just stopping in to say hello and visit even when I do not have an appointment..
I can't say enough about the wonderful folks at Main Street Dental. Lovely building, talented professionals and a home-like atmosphere. 5 stars!.
