**You should read this before going to any other Dentist** I am not one to leave reviews, but I feel it is necessary after our visit. I have 20 years in Healthcare and I specialized in Pediatric Critical Care. My son (7) had to have a tooth removed and he is sensitive, to say the least, when it comes to pain. He won't let anyone touch a loose tooth, let alone pull it. I took him to Topping Family Dentist and was blown away! Just like most Dentist, the customer service was awesome starting as soon as we walked in the door. What set them apart from others was the way Dr. Topping worked with my son. He explained to him what we as going to do, but he needed his help though. Dr. Topping delivered the shot into my sons mouth in a way that I have never seen before and my son never even knew he was doing it. Shots prior have set him off and we would lose his corporation from then on out for the visit. Before long he was numb and was time to pull the tooth. Dr. Topping told him to grab ahold of the tool that pulls the tooth and they both removed the tooth together. I sat there with my jaw on the floor because I couldn't believe my eyes. The Best part is; he has another lose tooth and WANTS to go see his buddy, Dr.Topping, so they can pull it out together. That comment right there is the reason why I am writing this review! Who do you know that their kids request to go to the Dentist to get a tooth pulled out? Yah NO ONE!! Thank you to Topping Family Dentistry and his staff for taking care of my son, as if he was your own!!.
I encountered the most helpful staff I have seen. If I had let them, they would have walked me to a nearby recommended restaurant. The rooms were quiet, clean and modern. No complaints..
The staff is super friendly and treats u like family, highly respectful and very helpful, we brought our dog in and they treated him like a king, the in room dining is a bit pricey but worth ever penny! the steak is the best steak i have ever tasted, the rooms are super clean, and the pool is a high plus clean and heated to perfection, i highly recomend staying if u ever need a place to hole up :) .
We had our daughter's wedding at The Heldrich in May of 2014 and it was a great experience thanks to Nicole Calabria. All of our guests had very clean modern rooms and the staff was very helpful. The food they served was some of the best food we've ever had (and I've been to over 300+ weddings as a photographer). I would highly recommend this venue for any event..
