I've been going to Dr. Miller for awhile now and it's the most incompetent staff I've ever seen. They overcharge and the work they do is sub par. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else..
I would definitely recommend Dr. Stanton, she is a friendly, caring dentist who makes your appointment with her a personal and pleasant one. I have had several crowns and fillings done by her and she is wonderful. So sad to find out she had left the office I had been going to however if I need more work done and can find her I would definitely switch dentists offices..
Always loved this office until I had to cancel an appointment for my husband because he came down with the flu. I was reprimanded for cancelling his appointment because I did not provide them with 48 hours notice. As I tried to reschedule, was told I must pay a $50 deposit before they would schedule an appointment. When I mentioned that I had dental insurance that covered our visits entirely, I was told I would get reimbursed. As a manager, this is not how you retain clients. It did not set well with me and I will no longer refer anyone to them. I have since changed dentists as this practice of ludacris charging is not the norm for others in the area. Thank you Dr. Hiers for forcing me to shop around and find a dentist that values mine and my family's business!.
I would just like to mention how thankful I am that Dr. Duplessis was able to fix my teeth. His entire staff was incredibly friendly and constantly helpful. They really did an amazing thing for me. Dr. John Duplessis is the most talented orthodontist in Brandenburg. - Shrader -.
