Dishonest dentist office. This dentist told my daughter she has 17 cavities and we told them we wanted a second opinion.They were rude that we wanted a second opinion and then we left practice. Our new dentist found she has no cavities. These people are liars. Run away!!!.

As a new patient at Millennium Dental I was so pleased with my experience, Dr. Harrison was very friendly and walked me through what to expect and made sure I was comfortable, she also laid out a treatment plan that was very affordable, I've been to a Dentist that just want to sell you something, this was not the case. The staff here was very friendly a very family like atmosphere I recommend parents bring their kids here!.
I will NEVER go to this clinic, my reason is simple Billing department is shady. I went for an exam and I was told I had a tooth I need to be taken care off. Asked the staff to send it to pre-estimate for my Insurance company and when the estimate came back my insurance bill told me one amount and the Millenium billing department is saying an other amount. Asked why is the difference, I was told one of the procedure is not sent to insurance for pre-estimate and I asked them why you dint send this, if it is part of the procedure. I was told most insurance don't cover this procedure, I called my insurance to find out the same, the insurance said it was not part of the pre-estimate and 80% is covered. Called back Millenium with the same information and said that why should I pay the total amount if my insurance is covering the amount. I got a shocking answer, we "Don't want to chase people for money" and we want the money ahead. Millenium Dental dint expect me to call and find from Insurance about my benefits and be a dummy pay whatever they ask for. Earn the respect of the customer, people will come to you. The staff at Millennium is competent and caring. Dr. Harrison is a top notch dentist. A couple of years ago I moved a few miles away and switched dentists. HUGE MISTAKE! I switched back to Dr. Harrison, its worth the drive. Once you have a good dentist, I suggest sticking with them..
