RECOMMENDED.. Unfortunately my experience happened about 9 years ago. I had dentures made by another denturist and they never fit. Couldn't wear them because they hurt so much. I went to Heidi for a reline. Heidi took my impressions in the morning and by 4pm that same day I walked out of her clinic and have been wearing those same dentures every since. AND, I NEVER HAD TO USE ANY DENTURE STICKUM BECAUSE THEY FIT SO PERFECTLY. I wish she was close by because I am having similar problem with new.
I was disappointed with the treatment I received. Originally, the plan was for me to get my braces removed after two years, it took more than 4 yrs. I ended up having to pay for a different orthodontist out of pocket to try to fix my bite/alignment. The staff is friendly but the end result was not what I wanted or expected..
10 time denture wearer new to this state. Not a novice. Made an appt with 2 different clinics as i had never heard of either. I felt like i was an assembly line part with no time to answer questions. Tech seemed unsure of simple answers. When i went to leave a review there was no place on their site so have to review on the BBB site. No cheap or professional. Mediorce impression. Next day the Right Bite experience was a number 10. Better price also. Bonus. Waiting on my teeth and aftercare to give them follow up review. Night and day experuence..
Dr Mortensen and his team were so friendly and got me in fast and made me feel very comfortable having a tooth extracted was a very painless procedure and very gental im glad i found a dentist i can afford and trust. Thank all of you at smiles on state street for making my visit a great experience.
