Run from this HOLY high pressure, uncomfortable office. I recommend East Boca Smiles at (561) 395-1190. Their team was professional and welcoming from the start. It was a great experience compared to this one. I came in on a friend's recommendation, to repair a bonding that broke. As soon as Kerri White came to my room, she pulled a scan that the hygienist did and started with her "you need braces" bit when I had them twice & my teeth are perfect. Arguing with me, leaving me very uncomfortable. Bringing up the "invisilign" 3 times. I came in for a bond repair, not a consultation for braces. Then she recommended a cosmetic procedure to "push my teeth down" and I have never heard of this. I certainly do not need it. Lastly, she went into, "I can do veneers" and I do not need those either. She asked why I did not go to the dentist who did this last repair. I said it has been 16 months and it fell out, so I want it done right. Quite awkward. When I asked if she was able to repair the bonding I came in for, she said she wouldn't guarantee her work for more than a day or week. She said, "When it falls off, you would have to pay again." I said I wasn't interested in her doing any work. She told me to see the dentist who did the work sine she could not guarantee her work. So I left. When I called my last dentist, they told me Kerrie called to leave a message that I stormed out of her office and was coming to their office now. Huh?? They felt apprehensive and said they did not me to come there and to find someone else to fix the repair. I never asked Kerrie to do that and I have no idea why she would say that. I would not recommend this office to anyone. That was vindictive of her. I had no idea she was upset about anything and that was extremely uncalled for. East Boca would not recommend any braces, veneers or a procedure to push my teeth down and damage nerves. They fixed the bonding and it was an impressive experience..
The doctor helped me out greatly. I needed a deep cleaning and have sensitive teeth. The doctor applied a special gel and was very alert to my needs. The staff constantly checked on me and the whole experience was professional and I felt well taken care of..
This is the worst dental office I have ever been to in my 60+ years life. The sign on the sidewalk in front of the office is misleading. It says $69 for X-Ray and cleaning. They charge $50 UPFRONT, the first time in my life I had to pay upfront for dental services. When you ask about $19 cleaning, they tell you that the final price depends on the hygienist evaluation. X-Ray. The young lady couldn't do it right. First of all, I had to ask for a shield, after she tried to take Xray unsuccessfully, dropped the holder on the floor and only after I said that this is it, she took me to another office for Xray by hygienist. The hygienist finally took the Xrays, did the cleaning, but not before Lora, the girl who tried to make Xrays before, was trying to collect from me UPFRONT $150 for it. The hygienist found 2 cavities which she reported to the dentist and the dentist immediately told me that I needed two crowns, at $1000+ each. The whole thing left so bad taste in my mouth that today I wen.

When I first met Dr Braverman, due to years of neglect, my mouth was a disaster area. Unlike many other dentists I had visited, I felt no discomfort, or judgement from Dr Braverman or any member of his staff. Everyone in Dr. Braverman’s office are a true pleasure to interact with. On top of all of that, Dr. Braverman is an excellent, skillful, and compassionate dentist!! The new, younger dentist, whose name escapes me is just a younger version of Dr. Braverman..
I have been seeing a dentist every 6 months since I can’t remember when (my mother made me do it). It wasn’t until I met Dr. Braverman and his staff that I can truly say I now see A DENTIST. Making my appointments every 4 months is now done yearly and without trepidation. THANKS everyone in the office and behind the scenes..
