Dr. Jason Roe is one of the most ethical dentists you will ever meet. He is honest, trustworthy, professional, and caring. I can’t say enough about him. I can’t thank him enough for all that he has done for me. I wish more dentists would take notes from him. I had dental work done by another dentist and Dr. Jason Roe said that the dental work this dentist did would fail and it did. This dentist deserves to be named the “BEST DENTIST IN DALLAS. “.
Waste of time. They refuse to do an exam without adding extra services not covered by insurance. Effectively trying to force me to pay out of pocket for something I should not have to. They called me last week (Thursday) during a funeral and I told them it wasn't a good time. By the following Friday they couldn't call back as they said they would. Attempts to return their phone call were unsuccessful. The phone call would have saved me the 45 minutes of waiting at their clinic. TLDR if you want shodddy communications and tacked on expenses, go here. If not, find another dentist..

Been seeing these guys for the last 4 months for chronic nausea and so far no accurate diagnosis has been made. Symptoms are still persisting and now I am seeing a specialist at the Mayo Clinic. Super nice staff but I question their competence..
Saw a doctor at the urgent care for a sprained ankle that swelled up really quick, looked badly. They took x-rays told me it was a bad sprain and that I'd be fine for work 2 days later... went to work on crutches, noticed really bad bruising on my foot... called night nurseline they told me that the doctor suggested in his notes that I shouldn't be going back to work for another 2 days. Called the doctor the next day got his nurse, nurse gave me the run around, told me she wouldn't approve of an absence at work and I'd have to be re-evaluated and wanted me to come back and waste more money to see the not-so-great of a doctor... I scheduled an appointment with a doctor from another clinic an hour away because how well these people impressed me, got told that I ripped two ligaments in my ankle, that I sprained both sides of my ankle, and that if I would have followed the first doctors advice I would prolong the healing time and/or cause further injury........
