We booked with Dr Ord because he had good reviews on Rate MD. The office was clean and pleasant, front staff were cheery, helpful and knowledgeable. My hygienist was as gentle as humanly possible, and a very easy going conversational person. She explained everything very clearly. Dr Ord explained everything very well, was clear about what he wanted to see done, but didn't pressure for anything I didn't see as necessary..

Dr. Ord and all of his staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to thoroughly explain everything they did and recommended as well as the reasoning behind it.
