The experience at the front desk was upsetting in that the receptionist stated we had to pay upfront in full for services and then secondarily bill our insurance and then our upfront charges would be refunded once they received payment. This is highly unorthodox for any provider. It was almost as if they did not believe that we had insurance even though we arrived valid verifyable insurance and valid personal identification. Very poor front desk attitude and practice. .
What a fantastic Dentist. I am phobic about Dentists, haven't gone for a while, and had a really painful loose tooth. I didn't want any lectures, just someone to pull it. Dr. Sebadell was fantastic. I was referred to him by a friend. He didn't have a hint of judgement about him, and was clear in explaining my situation after taking a digital xray. He pulled the tooth and gave me his cell phone number in case there was any pain or complications and I needed to get a hold of him over the weekend. The strange part was there was no pain whatsoever, even though he also had ground out an infection. I'm starting to change my paranoia around Dentists! I would recommend highly to everyone..
I WAS REFERRED TO HIM BY A FELLOW COWORKER AND HE WAS GREAT. VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF AND HIS WORK WAS WELL DONE..
