My complaint is with Dr. Israeli's business ethics. I went to Sage Dental because I found them listed on my dental plan. When I made the appt. they confirmed they accepted the plan. I was then charged OVER DOUBLE of the plan rates. I was told that the :"hygienist" is not part of their office and does not accept my plan. I asked to speak to the dentist and. the office manager became EXTREMELY rude, said absolutely not, and hung up on me. DECEITFUL PRACTICE. STAY AWAY.
I will never go back to this person who calls himself a professional!! Absurd and rude staff. Completely unprofessional wife who kept trying to sell me leggings and when I did not want them I was treated terribly..
He is excellent! Very straight forward. Pulls no punches but a very nice guy!.
