Not worth the lost teeth and thousands I’m spending to get Dr Monda’s work corrected. I had 6 minor cavities filled, of which two were placed ON the pulp causing agony. My new dentist (upon doing a root canal) quickly discovered that in addition to the fillings being too deep, they were fractured under the fillings. Meaning a crown is not an option. Since they’re molars, fillings will only last so long before they need extracted. In addition to this nonsense, she doesn’t buff her work, or file.
Best dental experience I've ever had. Removed the bad filling my previous dentist put in and put in a new one, and it looks like a normal tooth, so now I don't have a hunk of painful metal in my mouth anymore. 10/10, would come again..
Have been going here all of my life and always try to schedule my appointments first thing in the morning. Still find myself waiting longer then actually in a chair getting worked on. Just confusing.
Bonnie who is the "manager" of the office is completely inappropriate and rude. I cancelled my husbands appointment because he was sick with the stomach flu. She responded with - "That's really not okay, he really cant make a 1 hr appt?" I responded by telling her - No... he is throwing up and I really dont think you want him to show up and puke in your office. She then hung up on me. I called back and asked for manger - in which SHE WAS. When I confronted her about her behavior- she proceeded to tell me "That is how we ask out patients why they can't make it." I told her I would let all of North Pittsburgh know that this is how they choose to treat their patients. She explained she was fine with that... So if you want to be treated disrespectfully and go to an office that seems more worried about money than patient satisfaction GO HERE!!! - I am sure they are the type of office that would love to pull some teeth just to get paid an extra dollar..
