This is the kindest, most compassionate dentist I have ever had in my entire life. I have had multiple dental procedures and he recognized and problems and anxiety this can produce. He is good with children and elderly people If you have a loved one that needs care or you need care yourself. Call. His staff is also terrific. Compassionate and caring people..

Every time I come to this place it takes hours upon hours to get anything done. It takes an hour to even get called back to a room, it takes an hour to see the doctor, and it takes another hour if they have to do god knows what else. If you schedule an appointment here, forget about doing much else. I will be switching doctors offices. I went to Urgent Care and was in and out within the hour. The only reason I'm going back is to follow up on my son's ear infection..
Last time I went here I had a doctor named rosa hill I felt like she didnt care about my well being and when I asked about a pap test she said in the state of Kentucky we dont do papsmers untill you are over 21and that if I wasnt that I would have to pay for it then she put me on a birthcontrole that makes me have non stop periods and didnt tell me that all these sideaffects would happen and when I call to try to make an appointment I cant get through I leave voicemails but I get no response back this healthpoint is by far the worst I have ever been to DON'T GO TO ROSA HILL.
This office provides both dental & medical in one office. I've only been to the Bellevue office. The dental ppl seem to be much kinder than the medical staff. The receptionist is very unfriendly at the main desk in the check in. The medical doctor is just plain rude, mean & nasty. And you'll be waiting for a long time before your even seen and that's after actually being called back. Good luck getting prescriptions right or them working with you on calling stuff in. The dental side makes you do all things in separate appointments. Very annoying & time consuming. And their limited to what they can or can't do. If you just need a check up, filling, or cleaning its fine. For anything else find a real dentist. This place runs on low income or medicaid patience only. And the staff treats you like the poor person you are. Over all not my first recommendation to anyone! The dental staff is much kinder & more professional than the medical. The main receptionist ppl aren't the friendliest however..
