His confidence and his determination to get right to the problem is outstanding, he never shows any signs of being timid which always puts me at ease. I've been a client for over 20 years and I've never had a problem Dr. Rispoli could not fix. I suffer from TMJ and he is the ONLY dentist who took the time to care enough to find a solution. Thanks to him and his staff I'm able to be me again..

I have lived in several different states and have never had such a horrible dentist experience before. This place had the worst customer service I have ever seen. The front desk lady was completely rude. After waiting a half hour past my actual appointment time, the front desk lady asks if I have anyone to watch my son while I'm in the appointment. Why would you wait past my appointment time to ask, instead of when I first walked in? Then I said no, this is my only day off and his daycare is closed today, I just moved to this state I don't know people here to watch him. She says well you can't have your appointment if he doesn't have someone to watch him. Excuse me? I have never had a problem having him in my appointments before, he just watches a video while I'm getting my teeth cleaned. Then my hygienist comes out and asks me the same question! I do not have someone else to watch my son, I thought this was a family dental group? She also says I need to have x-rays. I did not because they have already been performed that year at my last dentist before I moved to Georgia, and I had them emailed to this location. They have horrible organization on top of their rude customer service. My teeth were poorly cleaned, I have never had such a bad cleaning in my life. Then they messed up my insurance by billing the wrong location, instead of following the directions on my insurance card, and when I called to clear up the mistake, they blamed me. After some communication they finally realized they billed the wrong location. The worst dental experience I have ever had. I have no idea how this place has such a good rating. If this is good for Georgia, then that doesn't give me much hope for finding a good dentist in this state.
