Person doing the billing was not an honest person when it came to insurance. Also it took a full 2 years for my one inplant. . I just got bill after a full year of not going there anymore. I was not happy with their prompttness . Try someone else..
I've been driving my daughter to "Cedar Creek Dental" for the past year or better as she does not drive. "Dr. Jess" pulls her teeth then takes an impression?????WTH???? You are supposed to take an impression before you pull the teeth to get the shape of her original form. So now She gets her teeth and they make her mouth stick out. She totally looks different. They also hurt her. She has been calling for over a year to try and correct the situation. They were told repeatedly she can only sc.

I dislike having any sort of dental work done, but when I have to get it done I go to Cedar Creek. It had been 5 years since the last time I had been to the dentist and when I walked in it was like I had never left. Everyone remembered my name, was happy to see me and seemed very eager to know what I had been up to. All in all it?s like a big family there. Dr. Von Hoven will tell you like it is, does great work and his staff is just as great. I would recommend Cedar Creek Dental to anyone. I've gone to Cedar Creek my entire life, and have had everything from normal check-ups to orthodontics in this office. Both Dr. Gruender and Dr. Von Hoven, as well as the entire staff, are incredibly friendly, extremely professional, and truly caring. I've moved out of Highland, but still continue to come here, because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth after the superb treatment I've received here!.
