They suck. They break off old fillings and then fix them charging you and your insurance for it. They don't intend on telling you either. They hurt your mouth. Ruin your teeth. Gag you to death while doing mouth work and are very rude. Hate this place..
This is the worst dentist I have ever seen or taken my kids to. Staff was extremely rude and the dentist was no better. Never wouldi ever suggest anyone take their children here..
This office misinformed my grandparents letting them believe that Medicare does not pay for dental services. Which is not correct! They should of told my grandparents that they don't take Medicare. Instead of charging them a deposit for a procedure that IS covered by Medicare, just not with them. Also they did a bad job with my grandfather dentures.
Dr. Bumgardner and Terri are the best! Although I am a new patient they make me feel like I have known them for a long time. Excellent in their practice I would send all my friends and family who need help with their dental needs to Advanced Dental Care! The team was truly a blessing to me and my family..
Dr. Bumgardner and all of the staff are AMAZING. They are very professional, caring, explain everything very well. I had a great deal of pain in my mouth prior to seeing this practice, which has all been resolved due to the work that Dr. Bumgardner has done. The hygienists that I have seen are very gentle. I highly recommend Advanced Dental Care!.
Dr. Bumgardner and his staff are great! They are accommodating, caring, and professional. Dr. B is passionate about his profession, and he's a fountain of knowledge about how oral hygiene impacts the rest of your body. The office is immaculate, and equipment is state of the art. His charges are reasonable. The staff doesn't push you to do any more than is necessary for the situation at hand. I give them five stars!.
