When plans for treatment were made, time and time again the plan was not followed. I don't know if this is a lack of communication between Dr. Park and her staff or what. Dr. Park is a lovely person. I would love to give her a good rating, but after more than a year, not a single plan she made with me was followed through..
The experience was miserable. The process was very painful for both me and my mom, and my mom's mouth hurt for months after until we went to Dr. Moon's Dental office instead. They never asked if we wanted a treatment or not, did unnecessary things, and charged us several hundreds of dollars. It was a waste of time and money. I do not reccommend..
Our family has had a great experience with Dr. Park and her office. We have a lot of experience at the dentist. Our daughter at a young age needed a tooth removed, we went to a pediatric specialist before we met Dr. Park. The specialist didn't work out for a number of reasons, but Dr. Park kindly and gently helped our little one through the removal process with hardly a tear. She has helped a great deal with wisdom in preventative care measures for all of us. The office itself is in excellent condition with a recent renovation. We are very thankful for a great dentist and would highly recommend this office to anyone. .
This staff is wonderful and the dentist is very compassionate. The building is historic and is gorgeous inside. I love all the wood work. The waiting room feels like your own family room. Highly recommend it..
