BEST OF THE UP AND COMING DENTIST!!!! I just started seeing Dr. P a few months ago. I have to admit, I was a little apprehensive at first because the last ten years my teeth have literally been been on a fast train no where's due to dry mouth and health issues. I have spent between 12-$15,000 out of pocket after insurance on my teeth and seen some of the best dentists in Grand Rapids and my teeth look like crap. I thought why not try this new guy, but he didn't have years of experience...but maybe just maybe he knows the newest things in prevention. Much to my surprise not only is the staff extremely friendly and helpful but he prevented me from having a root canal which my first opinion said crown. He by far gives the most gentle numbing injection I have ever experienced (and I have experienced A LOT) but best of all he takes a very open approach to my treatment plan. He keeps me involved each and every visit and when I was experiencing sensitivity to a couple of the teeth, he had no problem changing the schedule of treatments to address the trouble spot first. Very flexible, very professional, very talented (he has rebuilt my teeth by hand) I just can not say enough good things about this dentist and his team. I love them all. I had a crown done at this office and it was the best experience ever. Dr. Adam is very professional and gentle. The front desk girls are so sweet and pleasant to deal with too. I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone!.
Nice people, but will rip you off. I am writing this to worn others what this dentistry has done to my family. The only reason why the ratings are so high on this page is because he tells people to give him a good rating on google reviews because let's face it, people look at the reviews to learn if it's a good place to go or not. This place is not good! Don't be fooled. They have told my family and I countless times to get things done to our teeth that we do not need. Such as, our fillings leaking and also root canals (ouch!). He has told my mom, my sister, and me towards the end of my last visit that we needed root canals... What are the odds of all your family members needing this? We didn't need it!! How do I know this? Because I go to a different dentist and he's had patients that have had the same problem with him. He tells you that you need to get all sorts of things done and you really don't. My family soon couldn't afford it anymore. We have paid too much into this dentistry. It's a shame really. I went to the old dentist who worked there before this dentist and he would be ashamed of what has become of this dentistry. He was an honest man, and unfortunately the new dentist isn't at all.
