She is the most compassionate, qualified dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing!.
After having a root canal botched by another endodontist and a resultant trip to the ER due to extreme pain, I was referred to Dr. Pfotenhauer. He immediately recognized the improperly performed procedure and said, You have endured pain needlessly and I will end it. He was caring, empathetic and gentle. He completed the previously botched root canal, killed the infection by prescribing antibiotics and restored me dental health. A brilliant healthcare professional..
I was a walk in that was having pain. They seen me right away and even extracted the tooth same day. I didn't get paid until Friday so they billed me for the cost. I'm so grateful they helped me out and made me at ease. I highly reccomend dr smith to everyone!!!.
