I had no problem with the long wait, because I understand that happens. First, I tried to go to the dentist at an office near my house, but because I am pregnant my doctor (at Golden camp road location) had to confirm it was ok for me to get my teeth cleaned. They sent a fax over every day for 2 weeks and no response from the doctor. I called everyday. The phone was answered one time and I was told to send it over again and it would be completed asap. Didn't happen. Got the dentist to fax over the paperwork and it never got completed. I ended up driving an hour and a half there (because that's how far I live from the office) to get them to fill it out, and brought it to the dentist so I could be seen. Second, I was scheduled for my glucose test. They scheduled me 2 weeks to early. Again I drove a total round trip of 3 hours to be told they made a mistake and they can't do the test for another 2 weeks. Third, I have had my breast pump forms filled out for 4 months. The company said, they will fax over the paperwork to the doctor's office to get confirmation that I am eligible for it and they would mail it out by Feb 16th. Today is March 9th and I am having a baby in 4 days so I called the breast pump company to see what was going on. They have sent 6 fax to the Golden Camp Road office and never received anything back. I absolutely hate this office..

Was told to come in for a walk in at 1:00 for strep throat and was not called back until 3:31. The nurse was sweet but the doctor I seen seemed very distracted and not to sure of what he was talking about. The pharmacy was great. Sweet people and very quick. Needless to say I am switching doctors and I will not be back..

Urgent Dental Care

I don't know what kind of experiences other people may have or have not had at this West Chester office but in my view and my experience it would have been unrealistic to expect things to have gone much better. I cracked a molar, lost a filling, and had an exposed nerve, which was very, very sensitive. Probably got there around 11ish as a walk-in on Saturday the 30th. The day before new years eve, and by the time I was out, around 330 or so, not only had they saved the cracked tooth and removed the old filling and refilled it, they had done x-rays, and identified another filling that needs to be replaced in the future. Plus the novocaine shots I received were the most skillfully administered and least uncomfortable I have ever received. The only con was not their fault but it had nothing to do with them. My insurance office was closed so I had to be a cash pay since they had no way of knowing what the reimbursement rate would be. The receptionist said she would call me today with that information. So obviously I recommend this place.
